Not drilled 75 Gallon saltwater tank filter questions

So I have a 75 gallon tank for the past year I've been using a canister filter. I was looking for a better filtration method. One that takes less maintenance. I know without drill holes there can be difficulties but I think its possible to do some type of overflow box on the back and put a sump underneath. Thank you to anyone who can help me
