I've ordered from them 3 times and each time they were sucky. All the mushrooms I ordered from them ended up so tiny they floated away in my tank and disappeared. We are talking corals that are about 1/4 inch long. BUT their fish have been perfect. Not one issue. Keep in mind they dont guarantee shrimp and some inverts so if they die you are sol. I ordered a mated pair of coral banded shrimp and one came dead. I contacted them about 3.5 hours later and was told I waited too long to claim DOA.
I wouldnt bother with them unless you want just fish. As far as customer service it wasn't so great. I did get my tracking info and everything like that was done professionally.
