opinions on purple/orange reef lobster

the LFS had some purple/orange reef lobsters in today, and i have always wanted one. I just was wondering what some of ya'll experiances have been with this critter. The LFS says its reef safe, but will it eat my corals or my little fishies?

Over the years I have spoken to a lot of people that have owned these cool little guys. Unfortunately, they all have the same story..every single one of them. They put it in the tank and rarely, if ever see it again. By their very nature they are reclusive and noctournal. They are cool, but dont count on ever seeing it.

IMO "Reef Safe Lobster" is an oxymoron, way too much potential trouble for a reef tank.
