Over worker cleaner shrimp?

My Potter's Angel visits the cleaner shrimp at least 4-5 times a day, maybe more. The shrimp does not seem that eager to clean the Angel after the 2nd or 3rd time, while it is very eager to work on my Butterfly fish, and chases it down often.

Does anyone else have an overworked cleaner shrimp?

Can I get another shrimp to ease my current guy's load?

Doubt if he is overloaded, they live to clean.
I certainly wouldn't hesitate to get another however. I have 2 and they are always together.
