How soon after testing the parameters can I recheck them if I have to add supplements? Already did water change.

I believe it was 12-24 hours for accurate results. Not 100% sure though

What are you adding or thinking of adding? The majority of average tanks dont really need much added to them other than a good sized water change. 
If you have an abundance of corals that are sucking up the elements then it's time to consider dosing.

My 75 mixed reef tank is 40 ppm. I would like to have them lower. Should I just do another water change in a few days?
