PC with MH

Ok so i have order my lighting on my tank (46 gal 36 long 20 deep). and it is 1 96w 10000k and a 96w Actinics with 3 moon light all in one hood. Now i was looking online and i would really like to have a clam in my tank. Now to make him happy would i have to upgrade the lighting? if yes could i just add one 150w MH the one with the double ends? If not what more would i have to do. i now the real awser is MH but i really do not have that money right now. i was hopeing to use the tax return to take care of the MH and that will be about $200 or so.

After reading those articals on wwwgarf.org about the Bullet Proof Reef. Im starting to think vho might be the way to go.
