Penguin 330

Can anyone tell me what the life expectancy of a Penguin 330 would be. I've had mine for about 2 years and it's starting to rattle. It is becoming quite annoying.

Well, they should last a very long time. Have you checked the impeller? Have you cleaned the impeller housing?

Penguin's biowheels are a one piece unit, motor and filter, therefore they have a lifetime warranty. If cleaning it doesn't help, or the impeller isn't broken, contact Marineland and they will more than likely replace it.
