does anyone know what to feed a peppermint shrimp?

IME's they eat pretty much anything that you would feed your fish..Scavengers to me..

Agreed, they are pretty much scavengers and will eat whatever you are feeding your fish. Most people add them to tanks as part of a clean up crew to help reduce wastes such as uneaten food.
