Percula Clown Question

They seemed to get a long for a while then the slightly bigger one started to twitch/convulse then grabbed the smaller clowns fin and pulled him around. Right before that there was a weird noise. It happened a couple of times. Normal?

Yes they are establishing the "pecking order". The bigger one is becoming the dominent female and teaching the smaller one the rules.
Pefectly normal and expected.
