ph question

on my tank i have my mj 1000 set to puff a burst of mini air bubles
at a random rate
i do this just to pump up the o2 in the tank a bit
does this sound good?
you can see quite a few air bubbles in there but its not anywhere near full output of air

O2 exchange happens at the surface. The bubbles in the water do nothing to increase O2 in the tank. Turn off the air and point the ph so that you ripple the surface thereby giving you greater gas exchange.

Also, my understanding is that micro bubbles in the tank can do more harm to your fish than help.
