Pods?!?!

I was told the little centipede worm like things in my tank were pods. My question is: Is it mad that there are tons of them!?

Umm... Do they actually look like centipede? Or just like tiny little white things? If they are tiny little white things, they yes they are pods and that is a sign of healthy tank. If they actually look like centipede, then a picture might be useful to identify it/them and determined if they are good/bad for the tank. HTH
