Powerheads - Maxijet positioning

I was wondering if I could turn my Maxijet 1200 powerhead 90 degrees so it is parallel to the floor and not standing right up. I didn't know if it would/could cause damage to the unit. The reason I want to turn it is for cosmetic purposes only.

Should not be a problem. I have a MJ 900 in the filter compartment of my nano that is on its side.
