pregnant watchmen?

i have 2 yellow watchmens in my reef tank. theyve been in the tank for about 2 months. The thing is about 2 three days ago i noticed one of the gobies has gotten a lot bigger the fins have also gotten much bigger and more elborate, his color has dimmed and is displaying strpes. water quality is good, and theyre both eating quit a bit. so i know it's not stress. i was wondering if this is some kind of mating thing

Either they eat all in the tank that you feed them or check to see if where they hang around if any fish approaches it they protect the territory. If this is happneing, then its most likely that she is pregnant.
