Proper lighting for reef tank

i ask this before and get lot feedback but one thing i forgot to ask is mine t5 10,000k Daylight Bulb, an Actinic-03 bulb, and 8 Blue moonlight on each set. so my timer is set to daylight 11am-10pm and blue light is 10am-12am . when the timer shut off its all off .so i never used the moonlight LED . so im planning to get a 3rd set so can use the led. what the time all you suggest for each light ?thanks in advance

My T5's are on from 10-9 and my MH are on from 2-7, The t5's act as my morning/early afternoon and as my evening. The MH are 2 x 250 the T5's are a 2 bulb.

14 hour light cycle is too much. Especially when it's on a midnight. I would never run lights later than 10. My blues are 9-7 and blue/white 11-5. Moonlights when both are off.
