Protein Skimmer isnt working?

okay i got a berlin turbo skimmer and it doesnt appear to be workng ? notihgn at all is in the collection cup no bubles are makign it to the top part of the skimmer the tube to the collection cup and i do isee very minute and speraticly bubles in the outer tubei know its supposed to be bubless but a very very veyr few hear and there? i dunno wat to do is my tank to new? not enough polutants? or what?

Your tank is so new that there is probably nothing in there to skim out. You may not see anything in the cup for a couple of weeks...maybe longer.
BTW...what is "speraticly"?

I have not used a berlin turbo but i think you need to have more airbubbles in the reaction chamber than just a few here and there. Whats the pump thats running the skimmer?

I don't use a berlin, but from my use of a venturi, it took me a long time to tweak it just right to get any real foam. Either too much or too little.
