Question about LR and Fish Compatibility

Currently I don't have any fish left in my 55 gal. I'm thinking of redoing the whole thing and going with a DSB and 90 Pounds of LR. Problem is, I really like the aggressive fish, particularly triggers.

Can I have triggers with LR?

What additional lighting would I need to support the LR? I'm not really interested in keeping corals or anything.
