Question about smaller tanks

Whats the right ammount of lighting to put on, say, a 10gal tank to get good coraline growth?

I'm thinking about setting up an empty 10gal as a SW tank dedicated to my bumblebee snail, Electric Blue Hermit, and Feather Duster, and I'd like to get alot of nice Coraline Algae growing.

4WPG a good ammount of lighting?
