Quick Stocking Question...

Hello all, just a quick stocking question. Currently I have a 40 tank FOWLR running a trickle filter and protein skimmer. Inside the tank I have a clownfish pair (Still relatively young), a diadem dottyback, and a longnose hawkfish. All are doing well. I would like to add one more fish possibly. i was thinking a sixline wrasse. I know the diadem dottyback can be very agressive, but would it be able to live with a sixline wrasse? Also, do you think this would be pushing the boundaries of what my tank can handle bioload wise?

i forgot to add that i have about 40 lbs of live rock or so

Also is there any difference between a 6 line wrasse and a 4 line wrasse, behavioral wise?
