raising p.h. ?

Here is my newest chemistry problem. My parameters are whacked I know I am trying to fix them so I need to know how to raise my p.h. without using the proper p.h. 8.2 that has raised my alk. level to 16.8 over the course of a year? My turbo calcium should be here thursday to raise my calcium from 300ppm.

please any advice I have tangs that do not like low p.h.

The easiest and safest thing for you to do right now is waterchanges with a salt mix that mixes balanced for CA and ALK. I would do 10-15% every other day your parmaters come get where they are supposed to be.
