I don't think many of us worry about ORP at all. If you were using ozone in your tank, you would need to monitor the levels for sure but if you are just going to buy an ORP monitor for the heck of it, I think it would be a waste of money.
FWIW, most of the members on here use UV sterilizers to control unwanted parasites instead of ozone. One really can't hurt much using UV, while on the other hand, you could have disastrous results with putting too much ozone in the tank.
