Is this a free swimming item or attached to the rock? I'm not sure at what I am looking at. 
If free swimming, possibly a nudibranch of some kind. If attached, I'm not looking at the right thing.

Thanks for the comment. It was on the glass... it's some sort of worm but not sure exactly. Just a bit worried it could be harmful to my corals

I'd say possibly a flatworm of some sort. When in doubt, suck it out! Some airline tubing will do the job.
