Hi guys has anyone on here owned this skimmer? My pump is just ridiculously noisy. the skimmer and pump are clean as a whistle. If i have the pump separated from the body it's fine but as soon as I connect it the noise is there again also if I cover the "silencer" holes it's fine as well. Any help is appreciated

Never used that model,but it kinda sounds like it may be a defective unit. Reef octopus makes a good product, and has good customer service so you might want to try getting in touch with them.

Thanks man, I have been on their site talking with an agent. Do you know if they have a phone number I cant find one.
