Ok, now that I came back from LR.com, I am really excited about putting together a refugium in my tank and converting my wet dry into a sump....so heres the question. Can I make the refugium myself out of a 20 long or plexiglass. A friend of mine wants one too, my question is, will making one save us money and if so, whats the best way to go? I have a light that is 30" long and I wound like to use it for this. My husband and are friend are big on DIY projects. My husband acturally made our hood and it turned out absolutely perfect. But we don't have any expeirence with a refugium, and any advice would be apprechiated. Willing to give whatever kudos I have : )
