Refugium Confugium

Okay, im looking into a refugium for this new 105G : http://www.premiumaquatics.com/Merc...duct_Code=ECO-SYS3012AM&Category_Code=Special

So here is the thing, article I have read say "slow movement through refugium, ecosystem say "1000-2000GPH"??!?!? Who do I believe? Can anyone confirm this statement about the ecosystem "with this ecosystem refugium I don't need another sump, my overflow goes in one side, my return spits out the other, and everything else (heaters, etc) falls somewhere in between"

Wow , thats Allot of Money1 you can do a Refugium in a ten gallon tank for way less than that. IMO 8)

Okay, I have done some more reading on this now and decided that 500 bucks is totally insane wether or not it comes with a light and 30 lbs of wonder goo. Im going to get a 25 gallon tank and set it up right next to my sump for a fuge.
