RO experiment successful?

Hi all, I had submitted a thread many months ago about whether it was ok to store RO water for a vast period of time. I tested it by putting fresh RO/DI water in a 27 gallon tote and sealing it. I tested the water prior to sealing it:

pH: 6.0
KH: 0
GH: 0
TDS: 0

I closed the lid on the tote, uncirculated and unheated, and 4 weeks later. Same test results. Even helped myself to a couple glasses of it and I didn't die. Hope this helps some.

Id be more interested to see if there is an ammonia reading from any possible contamination (any sort of organic matter left in bucket from previous water change, etc)...
