Rodi System Question

I have been using the mighty mite rodi unit for several months now to make my rodi water for my tanks. I have a unit attached to the in and out lines that lets me see what my waters reading is going into the unit as well as coming out.
The water coming out is now reading .001 ppm. Is the water still safe to use and if so, at what point should I replace the system?

Yeah that's fine, I usually change the filters when it climbs up above about 5ppm
