So I have a handful of scarlet hermit crabs in my 75g along with some other types of hermits. A few days ago I spotted one and noticed that his legs had faded to almost orange. I was just looking around in my tank and tracked down the other scarlet hermits and noticed that all of them had faded to orange. Does anyone know what would cause this? They seem healthy and are running around the tank or congregating in their usual den so I'm more curious than concerned.

The only thing that is out of whack is that I'm due for my PWC tomorrow and have it all mixed up (just gotta give the salt time to dissolve) so my nitrates are a little high (a little above 20ppm from my test yesterday) I doubt that would be the cause but I'll see if that changes anything.

Dose iodine or stontium/molybdenum? I would test these levels, make sure they are were they need to be.
