Hello all!
I was in the LFS and saw a plant they had labeled as Sea Lettuce. Never heard of it before and am looking for some plants to add to my SW tank. I was wondering if it's a clever name for a type of caulerpa or if it is something else. Also, any opinions on Sea Lettuce for main tank?
Thanx

It's good food for tangs and angels. I'm not sure how well it would do if planted in the main tank though.

I purchased a small bag from my LFS to feed my tangs, and placed it in the fuge for keeping between feedings. So far I have fed quite a bit and I have more than what I started with, so mine is really growing fast. I think it is really bad about going sexual and dissolving itself, so I am going to try and feed it fast or move it to a holding tank. I also believe the name is Ulva algae commonly referred to as Sea Lettuce.
