Seachem vitality

I was recommended this product by my lfs. Does anyone use this? In your opinion does it work or is there something better out there. I used it for a week so far plus i used it when I made my own fish food.

IME these types of trace supplements are worthless. Few tanks are so well balanced and in such good condition that trace elements and amino acids are the limiting factors.

Since you already have I suggest using it as directed until you are done with the bottle and then stop. If you see improvement before then keep using it. If you stop using it and see any negative effect keep using it. If you stop using it and see no difference don't keep wasting your money.

It seems to plump my puffer up when he eats the same food with the vitality compared to when I dont use it. Does that mean it's working?
