Shipping LR via UPS group?

Hey everyone I am planning on ordering 10-15lbs of uncured LR from premium aquatics. The reason I'm getting uncured is because I want the maximum amount of life on the rock (including any hitchhikers) if I chose UPS ground as the shipping method (slowest but cheapest) would there be a die off in organisms before my rock even arrives? Which would therefore defeat my purpose of buying uncured rock.

Why not just buy cured rock? They have all the same organisms on it.

As to your question, the quicker you get it in water, the better. There will be a lot of die off in transit.
