Should I make a sacrifice?

I have a 20gal. With 10 fishes.. Last week I bought 2 neon tetras and one of them died one day after I brought them so I take a closer look and I think the survivor have ick.. Should I take it out of the tank for the good of my other 10 fishes?

I hate to say this, but if its the only choice then I think you should. Can you take it back to the petstore?

neon tetras are fresh water there is medication you can use for fresh water ich

That's the point they have guarantee but I don't have any other tanks so probably the survivor will die.. I will take them to the pet-store tomorrow dead or Alive(8)

for fresh water ich it can be treated in the dt the reason for the qt in marine is its corals cant take the meds
