sick bubble coral

do anybody on here can tell me how i might be able to save my bubble coral and what should i do...it would be most appreciated. it have not open up or wont eat.

What are your water test results?

my water test are good, nitrie 0 nitrae 0 almon 0 ph 8.3 phosphate 009 and i just did a 20% water change

My bubble liked moderate( but not direct) flow and good lighting. Does it extend tentacles at night? It's not looking happy where it's at right now, but the mouth isn't gaping open, so it might be able to come back. Good luck!
