Silty water

Have had my tank for about 7Wks it is a 10 gl with 10Lbs life rock and 3"sand bed, I added 2 blue stripped damsels. The fish are digging in the sand. When I put the sand in origanally I washed it but appears not enough? should I take the tank down and rewash the sand ? HELP

damsels will do that !! ya can wash till ta blue in the face and it will still stir up !
