I have had my Turboflotor 1000 for 6 months now and had it dialed in perfect for that amount of time. I have a Maxi-Jet 600 feeding it, it produced a nice thick scum. Now all of a sudden its producing a thin, very light brown liquid that I have to empty every day. I pinched the line from the 600 a little to reduce the flow, which helped a little.

Has this happened to anyone else here? Nothing in the tank has changed, nor has the water permas changed, any ideas?

Something's changed in your water.
Can you cut back the airflow?
All skimmers seem to need tweaking now and then. Everything changes all the time, the water, the amount of scum, pump performance, etc.

USUALLY Try to match the salinity, pH and temperature to minimize impacts to the livestock. Failure to do so likely won't kill anything but will cause some corals to retract for a while and may stress some fish. 10% isn't enough to worry about though. I would just pour it in.
