Snowflake got out!!!!

I came home today and the snowflake was on the floor. No idea how long he was there. So I grab a paper towel and picked him up, he was pretty much dry. But then I felt him move a little. So I rinsed him in a bucker of RO water that was right there and put him back in the tank. He's alive. He's staying at the bottom in the rock. He probably a little screwed up at the moment. But when I feed the other fish, some food feel near him and he ate a little. What should I expect from him? Do they make full recoveries?

I have read that they can live after being out of the tank. What they say is as long as there still moist they have a good shot.
I guess your going to be closing that tank top now.
I have eggcrate along the back on my hood so mine won't get out.

Mine got out by going into the water input from one of my hangon filter. I have added some plexglass to close up the open area. Hopefully he smartens up!
