Something ate my anthias

So I had three lyretail anthias and every time I went on vacation I would loose one so I went on vacation twice and lost one each time I saw no dead fish and all my other fish( 1 hippo, 1 foxface, two clowns, and a royal gramma) were all still happy. So today I look in my tank and see my last anthias' head in the lta and the rest of it is gone did the lta eat it or did it just get the leftovers?
