Has anyone been able to find Southdown or Oldcastle in Houston? I searched about 10 places this weekend and everyone has playsand, but none passed the Vinegar test. I really don't want to spend $40-80 for Argamax sand to switch out my CC if I can help it!

there's no cheap argonite play sand in Nebraska either
And the beach sand...well...it's like playing with fire...you might not get burned at all....or the whole setup could explode from foreign contaminents.
For me, a stable, correct setup was most important, so I spent thd $60 on argamax by Carib sea.
