stumped, need help.

A couple of you know Im setting up the QT to run always.
My dilema is last week i threw in some silverside to do my cycle and I did my tests today and this is the first time all three registered and I dont know what to make of it an what my next step is.

Ph - 8.3-8.5
Ammonia -0.6
Nitrite -0.3
Nitrate -20

These numbers came from the Hagen line of test kits.
Correct me if Im wrong, but at this point I would take the silverside out and do a water change then its ready to house my next fish...right? or do I wait until the ammonia goes to 0...

I do not do a water change until ammonia and nitrite are at zero. What is the highest the ammonia and nitrite have been? I am thinking you are just beginning to see the spike, in which case, leave the silversides in there longer.
