In my 60 gallon tank I have about 2 inches of sand. The sand has over time become discolored and I do not like the looks of it anymore. Can I cover this with crushed coral or should I add more sand? I question adding more sand, fearing that it will end up like what I have and become discolored. Thanks

I would not add CC. It will cause an increase in nitrates because of trapped waste that will get trapped in it. I would siphon up the sand in quarter areas and use a piece of PVC to slide new sand down the area you just removed.
