How do I safely switch from IO to Oceanic?

You do it as you're doing a WC. with time the SW will get switched. just don't do to big of a WC to give everything a chance to acclimate.

Yup. I just did my weekly 10% WC with the new salt and all went well.

I did the same switch earlier in the year. Do like the others suggested and you will have no problem.

Cool, next purchase will be oceanic. Getting tired of dosing so much cal everytime I do a w/c it's crazy. Not to say anything against IO, because other than that, I have have no problems, just heard a lot of good things about oceanic and better cal ratios is one of em
