Taking forever to establish saltwater bio cube 14

I have just started a bio cube 14 about 7 weeks ago and the water has major problems I have 5 red and blue legged hermits and a emerald crab but I'm wondering what I can do to get water problems to subside and be ready to start adding a few fish!??

When you have completed a cycle on any system, you need to do large water changes to get the parameters in check before adding livestock. Then you can maintain proper levels with weekly 10% water changes.

It is just totally void of any nutrients besides the ones coming from 2 pieces of live rock I was going to leave it alone for awhile but keep doing water changes ?

I'm confused you have 0 levels of ammonia, trites and trates or they are off the chart?
