Tangs and Wrasses

My question today is, if I get a tang specifically a yellow eye kole tang should I get a sixline wrasse at the same time? I've read that a wrasse can help control parasites like ich. What do u think and what experience do you all have as far as taking preventative measures with tangs?

QT them! Lol... Tangs are a hard breed. Seem to attract ich outta no where. Ur safest bet is to QT it. Trust me, I've lost my share of fish because I didn't follow my own advice.
