Does anyone know how a fish dies from temperature shock? Is it an immediate death? Or does it take hours/days? Or does a fish get sick and then eventually die from temperature shock? I'm asking because I made a mistake when I did my ws. Temperature was at 78 degrees, and then 70 when ws was done. But so far, all my fish and coral seen fine. It's been roughly 15 hours since... Am I just lucky?

I would think that you would be fine if you didn't see any issues from this right away, especially with the corals. I would just be more careful in the future to avoid such issues. I don't heat my water change water, but I simply do the water change gradually through my ATO.

Thanks sniper
