The Rewards of Reefing...
Nearly 7 months after adding LR to my tank, today I saw my first mini/micro brittle star!!! I was SO sure the didn't make it from Fiji w/ the LR...

That is awesome!! In weeks to come, you should see lots more!! See if you can get a couple cupfuls of sand from local reefers to give you even more organisms!!

I bought several rocks when I first set up my 10g and the rock showed no signs of life other than the purple growth.Until about 6months ago (1 1/2 years) now I have all kinds of little red dusters and the purplish/clear ones. I am excited they are really getting in the few dozen range and getting larger ever day
