Tiny Green worms on glass... Help!

On my 10g nano tank there are lots of tiny green worms crawling on the glass. They are about 2 mm long and really skinny. Anyone know what the are? I currently have a blue legged hermit crab and a condy anemone. Will the worms hurt any thing in my tank? There are also some corals that started growning on my rock. Will they hurt it?

Its probably some sort of hitchhiker and if there so small sounds like there babies so it could be too soon to tell if they are bad or good just keep an eye on them
