Tiny white bugs everywhere

I just took a look at my 90 gallon reef tank and I see hundreds of little white bug like things all over my glass. What are they? Are they good or bad? The tank has been set up for about a month. Help!

Sounds like cope and amphipods. These are good guys to have around, part of a clean up crew and free food.

+1 on copepods. You'll see them diminish over time but they're good to have.
