Too many tanks?

I'm running out of room. My daughter decided she didn't want to mess with fish anymore so i got my 30 gal long back from her. Now I gotta figure out where to put it. Isn't it true that if you leave one empty then the seals will start messing up . (I gotta try don't I). Hmmmm What to put in a 30 long?
