After finally getting my tank cycled properly I am wanted to add a trio of fish to my aquarium. I know chromis will kill the weaker and I don't like the look of cardinals. I was wondering if there are any blennies or something else that foes good in groups of 3 for my 75? Any opinions would be appreciated.

I have no experience with them but if I had a 75 I would shoot for some anthias

With anthias does it matter if there all male or all female or a mix because I know with some species you need to have one male with 2 female.

I think they are capable of changing sex but you may want to double check.

I have some Lyretail Anthias. Typically the "alpha female" will become male in the absence of a male.

Anthias can be a bit of a pain to keep as they need frequent feedings and when you've got a young system things can be unstable. My friend has a trio of fire fish and they look awesome!!
