Why are they hard to care for? The feeding? He'll have enough food !ANything I should know about them? I am getting one on Tuesday. I need something to sift my sand a little... Only getting one. I know one can't kill a LSB !

my book marine fish by scott w. michael writes "usually sold in pairs (often found in pairs in the wild) and are thought to do poorly if kept singly.

like mentioned in mine he does fine with just rock to search around on and sand to sift.Mine seems healthy as a horse 1 month in.I still must say one of the better looking fish , I like him better htan my watchman. They have hte same blue specles
