I am trying to decide what lights to go with. I'd prefer to stay with T-5. Here is what I am looking at. I'd like to be able to keep anything I want.

36" MH 328watt fixture
1 250W DE HQI Bulb 15000K
2x 39W T5 High Output Bulb Actinic Blue
2x Dual Bluemoon LED

OR

2x 39W T5 HO lamps 10000K
2x 39W T5 HO lamps Actinic Blue
4x Bluemoon LED

Any input?

You live in a hot area so I'd stay away from the MH fixture. 40 breeders are shallow so you won't need it to get light penetration anyway. The second fixture will have all the light you need to farm corals. If you had a deep tank the MH fixture would be better.

Doesn't have individual reflectors is that ok? I want to eventually have a clam

You may want to look at other brands of fixtures to find one with good reflectors. The ones that have poor reflectors usually have cheap ballasts, too.
